![]() Meanwhile, PoE2's multiclassing and subclassing options means you have a lot of options with your main character, and when you're in the more sidequesty areas or you don't care about companions, you can really go nuts if you make custom party members.īusywork: Not really too much in either game. I suppose Tyranny is more repetitive, as there's far less variety in different enemy types, and the different skills don't actually amount to too many different builds. ![]() It's not like it has sterling puzzles or anything like that. Mass Effects (Played all except Andromeda, which sounds like a dud. Dragon Ages (Liked the first two, the third one was too actiony and map-unpainting elements were too dominant, though I did finish it. The Witchers (all 3, loved 'em but not what I'm looking for at the moment anyway) Fallouts (Not my thing - not just the first person view but also kinda depressing and the new style is pretty low on non-combat resolutions) Banner Sagas (1 and 2 - waiting for 3 to hit discounts before I get it) Got bored because the tone was too tongue-in-cheek and too much of the playtime was combat, some of which seemed to suggest min-maxing was expected.) Expeditions: Conquistador and Viking (The combat turned out to be too frustratingly difficult for me, turning both games to a morasses where I struggled to progress) Wasteland 2 (Progress was too slow so stopped a little over 20 hours in) Also, I'm apparently right where people say that the best part of the game ends, so.) Torment: Tides of Numenera (I loved it in the beginning but eventually something about it just started feeling off so I quit. Games I've already played, for the record: ![]() Also assume that I'm pretty well aware of most CRPGs being published, and that PC is my gaming platform of choice and I don't even own a current-generation console.
